Abstract

The article highlights the psychotechnical space of psychological support of a person in crisis with the outline of methods and applied models of crisis intervention. It is determined that the methodological space of psychological support of a person in crisis is aimed at restoring the psychological endurance of a person, optimizing his or her relationships with others, and enhancing the ability to solve problems through the revival of internal resources. The triple purpose of coping mechanisms in psychological crisis support is substantiated. The constituent elements of the crisis intervention space are presented and described, which include: a crisis situation, the experience of impossibility, a violation of the self-regulation system, a unique mimicry of the crisis, and the restoration of the client's worldview. The logic of the process of coping with crisis states is proposed, which reveals the process of crisis counseling from the perception of a crisis situation to crisis growth and consists of a crisis situation, deprivation of needs, analysis of physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral failures, faces of crisis, intervention techniques and results of crisis management. The driving forces of psychological support are identified, which include: factors of basic crisis intervention; factors of psychotechnology of psychological crisis counseling; factors of paradigmatic psychotherapeutic methodological approaches. Three groups of factors are described and relevant examples of crisis intervention methods are given. Six applied models of psychological support for a personality, which are built taking into account the mechanisms of overcoming the crisis and the purpose of crisis intervention, are outlined, namely: the component model of social and psychological support by T. Titarenko; operational model of psychological support by S. Kalishchuk; symptomatic model of psychological support by O.F. Kernberg; model of structural crisis psychotherapy by D. Starkov; multidimensional model «Basic Ph» by M. Lahad; model of multiple representations of «correlation of self with the world» by S. Kalishchuk. The necessity of taking into account the multidimensionality of crisis psychological support of a person in crisis is proved
