Abstract
In the period of market economy and integration into the world economic processes acute need to ensure a high level of professionalism, enhancing their overall culture, moral and ethical qualities, which is a priority and the special attention of the Ukrainian state. The system of training future professionals based on the principles of continuous professional education: humanization, democratization, continuity, integration and individualization. At present, there are new trends shaping ethics of social and educational work, as moral quality specialist is a leading component of his professional life. General moral standards specified in the employment rights specific to her profession. This situation affects the awareness of the importance and significance of the development of ethical social and educational activities and their compliance as a basic element of professionalism of the modern professional. Therefore, in the proposed article discusses moral values, ethics categories of social work ethical principles and requirements for the individual as a social worker, proving their relationship and interdependence as moral standards reflect the specific nature of social work. The author notes that the ethical and moral standards for the social worker are a professional tool without which any realized direction of a specialist in society
