Abstract

The article updates the scientific and practical problem of psychological and pedagogical support of personal and professional development of students of pedagogical specialties in the frame of new educational standards implementation and overcoming the negative traumatic consequences of wartime. The issues of the article contain interdisciplinary information, the main provisions are highlighted on the basis of human-made research concepts of psychological and pedagogical support of balancing personal and professional and practical vectors in the training of teachers of a new generation with their inherent moral, ethical, patriotic, civic and professional qualities. To fulfill the purpose and tasks of the research, a number of methods were selected and used: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization); empirical (pedagogical experiment, observation, survey, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics) using digital tools, in particular Google Forms. The organization and conduct of research on the basis of synergistic, axiological, competence, and anthropological approaches made it possible to study a scientific problem holistically and generalize and interpret the obtained results according to dynamic, intrapersonal, cognitive criteria. The content of the article presents a theoretically grounded basic concept – «psychological and pedagogical support of the personal and professional development of the future teacher», which contains a new solution to the tasks of scientific research. The tendencies of psychological and pedagogical support of personal and professional development of future teachers in the frame of new educational standards implementation are characterized and highlighted at the ascertaining stage of the experiment: predominance of professional motivation in students over value-personal growth; immature understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence for further professionalization of future teachers and their successful professional activity; students' positive perception of active learning technologies, digital technologies and tools and the lack of readiness, experience and skills to use them in the educational process. The essential features of the established stages of psychological and pedagogical support of the personal and professional development of future teachers in the educational process of a higher education institution are revealed: motivational-cognitive, constructive-active, reflective-prognostic, valueidentifying. The material of the article contains intermediate results of research on a scientific topic. The conceptual ideas that make up the architecture of the article will become the basis for further research of the stated problem.
