Abstract

The article examines the issue of introducing innovative learning technologies into the system of postgraduate pedagogical education as basic in the development of trainees' competencies; promising innovative technologies capable of positively influencing the improvement of the qualification level of pedagogical workers are characterized; the peculiarities of creating an innovative educational environment and the formation of a successful teacher by means of pedagogical interaction are revealed.
