Abstract

Formation of a set of theoretical knowledge in the field information legislation and practical professional skills required for reporting and editorial work in television, radio, and newspaper editorial offices and magazines; outline the limits of freedom of expression from a legal point of view; to help navigate the peculiarities of the legality of actions of the authorities in Ukraine regarding Mass media in order to counter attempts and intentions to suppress the rights of mass media and journalists.
