Abstract
The article describes the sharing economy as a type of economy that allows the joint use of resources and space, as a process of division and distribution of joint or alternate use of inherently limited goods. The authors claim that, in a practical sense, we are talking about the transition and rejection in the economy from the “production – use – disposal” chain to the multiple use and consumption of goods, resources, and goods. At the same time, in the conditions of martial law, sharing is one of the key components of the relationship and interaction between people and is responsible for strengthening social ties and directly ensuring the well-being of the individual, allowing to solve environmental issues. The authors consider three types of carpooling, indicating the general characteristics and features of each of them. Among their advantages are the reduction of emissions of harmful gases, which can reduce global warming; saving costs for fuel, repairs, parking and fees; the possibility of avoiding the stress and burden of driving a car. In the article, it is suggested that the “anatomy” of sharing should be understood as some teaching about the content, structure of the sharing business and the characteristic features of the work of business entities in the sharing economy system. Determinants of the rapid growth of the sharing market and demand for the sharing economy by consumers are considered, in particular speed, cheapness and access to the Internet are indicated; accessibility to various types of gadgets in the population; development of the Internet community; greater demand for customized services. The article examines the key features of the “reputational” economy emerging on the basis of the sharing business. The authors named the following: formation of new corporate reporting rules and increasing the value of non-financial indicators; increasing influence of new media and messengers on the speed of dissemination and availability of information; increasing the activity of companies in the field of corporate social responsibility and the development of responsible investing; formation of the institution of trust as the main currency of the sharing business; the integrity of corporate communications in the sharing business; formation of new business models that include interpersonal trust between the client and the seller; relationships, interactions and, as a result, relationships with stakeholders become key.
