Abstract

The topic of the proposed article belongs to the understudied in modern historical science, and primarily in due to the fact that to this day the first triumvirate3 Gaius Julius Caesar, Marcus Licinius Crassus, and Gnaeus Pompey were not considered as a single political organism, and the activities of the triumvirs were covered separately. In view of this, the problem of their interpersonal relations in this situational political association has not yet been revealed in historical science.
