Abstract
The article highlights the problem of using information and communication technologies for the formation of subject-methodical competence of future primary school teachers. According to the authors, a competent teacher of the New Ukrainian School must master the skills of searching in the information space, using and creating electronic resources in the educational process of primary school. Students of pedagogical specialties need to develop professional skills in methodical modeling using digital technologies. The authors analyzed the use of digital technologies in classes on professional methods and identified the most effective programs for the implementation of educational and methodological tasks of ensuring the educational process in primary school. The article presents students’ work with mind maps, comics, word clouds, infographics, virtual whiteboards, interactive tasks and online tests. These programs are applied to professional methods as a means of visualizing and systematizing educational material, as well as for pedagogical modeling of lesson plans
