Abstract

Taxes act as an important factor influencing the efficiency of financial and economic activity of economic entities. The system of tax relations to a certain extent forms a part of production costs at all stages of the development of the corporate structure, and in some cases also affects its directions. In such conditions, tax management becomes important as an element of the financial management mechanism of the enterprise.
