Abstract

The article highlights scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of an innovation-oriented personality of a future physical education teacher within the educational process in order to understand the phenomenon of formation of an innovation-oriented personality of future physical education teachers. We expressed the innovationoriented personality of the future teacher of physical education, which is considered by us, in the form of the phenomenon of innovativeness, which involves not only obtaining in the course of productive pedagogical activity in the scientific and educational environment of a higher education institution a scientific and practical result – a final innovative educational product that has new qualities, but also its ability to be widely distributed and used in educational practice. The innovation-oriented personality of the future physical culture teacher is considered as a set of personal properties, qualities and abilities that ensure her psychological readiness to generate new forms of activity for the creation, mastering and distribution of innovative educational products, as well as self-development and personal growth as a strategic factor of productive pedagogical activity. Given the characteristics of scientific and methodological approaches that ensure the formation of an innovation-oriented personality of the future teacher of physical education, according to the given interpretation of this concept. In the structure of professional and pedagogical activity of a physical culture teacher, which sets the development vector, the phenomenon of innovativeness is expressed through the optimal correspondence of actual pedagogical, scientific pedagogical and scientific research activities. The set of approaches to the researched problem shows that the basis of the process of pedagogical education is the theory and methodology of activity as a system of procedural rules, principles and techniques that make up the content of human activity, its strategy and tactics. The activity methodology involves the use of systemic, personal, activity, competence and innovative approaches. This methodology makes it possible to build a process of personal interaction with real professional working conditions and resources.
