Abstract

Who has heard about the Odessa "porto-franco", a deepening of history Odessa from the 200th to the 600th anniversary, economic development of the South of Ukraine, victory Semena Palia over the Tatar army and, in general, the history of Khadzhibe, that necessarily came across the works of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Taras Hryhorovych Honcharuk. He belongs to the famous cohort of Odessa Ukrainianists I. I. Mechnikov National University, which for several decades has been successfully revealing the history of the Ukrainian South and contributing to the formation of modern Ukrainian identity in a city that has been greatly influenced by the St. Petersburg-Moscow colonial influence. In the review of his bibliography, the main directions of the scientist's activity, presented in the manual, are considered.
