Abstract
The article examines the issue of forming the professional and personal experience of future singers-performers in the process of vocal training in the university education system. An analysis of modern methods of determining the professional capabilities of future specialists-vocalists is carried out, which makes it possible to predict both the general development of the student and the development of his professional competence. Forecasting the success of a student's professional activity consists in forming a forecast that leads to a reasoned conclusion about the development of his creative potential as a performer. Professional orientation is determined by the result of identifying the main professional motivations, determining the needs and inclinations of students, and establishing the professional interests of the future specialist. Determination of the professional suitability of future artists-vocalists takes place on the basis of special abilities (musical, acting, technical, business qualities). The main components of professional training are defined, namely: professional talent, professional orientation, physical characteristics of students. The ways of obtaining professional and personal experience in the formation of vocal and acting skills and abilities in the process of vocal training and professional self-organization are outlined. The interdependence of the features of the process of professional training of future artists-vocalists and the presence of professional self-organization skills in them is determined. The role of the teacher in the formation of the student's professional and personal competence is highlighted, the specifics of the training of an artist-vocalist in the system of university education are revealed. It is noted that the vocal and artistic repertoire is the main component in the system of formation of vocal professional experience of future specialists. Priority is given to the best examples of world and national culture. The process of professional development of each student is modeled, which provides an objective assessment of the opportunities and abilities of each person for the chosen profession, successful professional adaptation based on the formed personal experience, professional capacity that allows optimizing the pace of individual development of the personality of the future specialist.
