Abstract

Course objective: to develop competence in understanding the field of education in its sustainable development development; promotion of knowledge about the achievements and contradictions in theory and practice functioning of modern educational systems; development of professional competence of students based on the study of "Philosophy of Education", "Educational Science", "Adult Education and Human Capital Development" as branches of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge; mastering the system of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for effective work with adults to promote their personal and professional development and self-improvement.
