Abstract

The purpose of the course is to provide fundamental and applied training of qualified in the field of knowledge "Education/Pedagogy", under the educational programme 011.00.03 "Corporate education and staff development", capable of creating alternative educational systems in corporations and enterprises, implementation of corporate training and education on the basis of social and pedagogical interaction of the subjects of the educational process, focused on the development of of the organisations' personnel.
