Abstract
The article highlights the results of the research, which were obtained in accordance with the goal of scientific research: 1. To study the organization of the learning process in institutions of higher pedagogical education and adult education, which was carried out with an emphasis on the fields of self-realization with interactive interaction of education seekers. 2. To reveal the essence of the fields of self-realization of a student / teacher who is studying at advanced training courses, based on the correlation of their actions with the functioning of formal, informal and informal education. 3. Determine actions that cause effective self-realization of participants in the learning process in interactive interaction using the content of mathematical and natural educational fields defined in current state standards. The research was implemented using a set of methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, comparison, systematization, generalization) and empirical (organization of the learning process, observation, conversations, questionnaires). The results of the study are formulated in relation to the learning process of students of institutions of higher pedagogical education and teachers undergoing professional development courses. Three fields of self-realization of education seekers are distinguished, and they are correlated with formal, informal and non-formal education. A table-matrix of the organization of the learning process in institutions of higher pedagogic education and adult education was developed with an emphasis on the fields of self-realization of students of education. The practical significance of the study is to determine the effective actions of students of education based on self-realization with interactive interaction. This is a discussion of current problems, solving professionally oriented tasks, discussions, analysis of various professional situations. The article provides examples of solving professionally oriented tasks during the training of students and teachers who are taking advanced courses in mathematics and physics.
