Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the artistic and pedagogical training of the music teachers in the modernization of educational system in Ukraine and China integration into the global educational community. The author revealed the potential of transcultural competence in the process of training specialists in pedagogicaluniversities of Ukraine and China, considered the problems of professional trainingbased on humanistic principles of education and upbringing. Questions regarding the formation and evolution of music education in Ukraine and China as a component of artistic and pedagogical education are considered. Therefore, professional training of the contemporary teachers in a modern Ukraine and China is primarily focused on the educational needs of the individual, the supporting national pedagogical traditions and the enhancement of the teaching experience, spiritual reproduction of intellectual potential of the nation, providing highly qualified labor market. From this perspective, the further development of the teacher’s education should be focused on the transformation from the quantitative to the quality measures. This involves, firstly the upbringing of a real citizen of Ukraine and China, for which the need of an obtaining the basic skills and general education and professional development associated with the strengthening of their own country. In this context, the problem of a combining the national character of the education with the globalization of educational and scientific ties is actualized. A scientific explanation of the functional‐content features of the artistic and educational activities is argued, the original interpretation of the content and the forms of classes is provided, the pedagogical conditions and the ways of optimization of professional training are revealed.
