Abstract
The mass migration wave provoked by Russian aggression against Ukraine, the active phase of which began on February 24, 2022 is examined in the article. Among the "demographic" consequences of this war is a large flow of Ukrainian refugees, which some experts call the "war" or "sixth wave" of Ukrainian migration. The article reviews the main approaches to identifying the latest waves of Ukrainian migration. The main characteristic features of the latest wave are identified: its mass character and intensity – when more than 3.5 million people left the country in the first month of the full-scale invasion (when a similar number of refugees left Syria for 2 years, not a few weeks). There are also named the main forms of the Ukrainian Diaspora support to Ukrainian migrants of the wartime wave of migration
