Abstract

The relevance of this article is due to the globalization and European integration transformations of modern society, in which innovation is becoming an essential feature of all its spheres, which objectively determines the need and feasibility of innovative reform of higher education as one of the basic social institutions of the basic social institutions, which is the plane of formation of an innovative personality. The purpose of the article of the article is to develop a model of an innovative personality based on the structural and dynamic approach. The tasks are to determine the essence and structure of an innovative personality, the dynamics of certain components and their presentation in the form of a model. The initial basic phenomena of the article, which are: "innovation", "educational innovation", "model". The scientific thesaurus is presented of the problem of the subject of innovation, represented by such concepts as: "innovator", "innovative personality", "innovative personality", "personality of innovative type", "innovation-oriented personality". The etymology of the concept of "innovative personality" is revealed. The concepts in which this concept first appeared are analyzed, namely: the theory of social change, the concept of polar dichotomies (sociology of change), the theory of diffusion of innovations. The article provides an overview of studies that consider the problem of innovative personality from different perspectives. The model of of an innovative personality, which includes innovative orientation (a set of motives, needs, values, attitudes), innovation and cognitive (synthesis of innovative thinking, cognitive style, cognitive activity, knowledge), innovation-practical (a set of skills and innovative behavior), reflective and prognostic (innovation-reflective qualities and innovative potential) components. It is concluded that an innovative personality is a product and subject of the modern information society. It is fundamentally different from the personality syndromes of pre-information civilizations and is the main resource for the success of modern society.
