Abstract

Nowadays, a radical change in the understanding of the essence of professional development is clearly visible: from traditional training of employees at the workplace to holistic development of a specialist, which involves the actual development of professional knowledge, skills and personal development of everyone. The purpose of the publication is to reveal universal trends that characterize the professional development of specialists in modern conditions, regardless of their field of activity. In other words, these are universal trends observed in any professional activity.
