Abstract

The article describes the use of modern teaching methods in the process of learning foreign languages. The article shows the most effective methods of learning a foreign language. According to research results, the use of ICT in learning English helps significantly.Information and communication technologies, being a fruitful interactive environment for the group, open up a number of additional opportunities. Information technology has greatly simplified and diversified the ways of learning a language, while making the process itself much more interesting and interesting. In addition, widespread computerization and the rapid development of technologies significantly facilitated the work of the teacher. In the modern development of foreign language teaching methods, special emphasis is placed on new trends in the selection of methods oriented to the purpose of learning. The material learned with the help of various methods, offered to students during the study of a foreign language, should be perceived as a tool and a means of social interaction with communication partners. Each of the training methods has its advantages and disadvantages, and the success of their application depends on the specific goals and conditions of training. The teacher's work system for ensuring the results of foreign language learning must necessarily include the implementation of the following technologies: communicative learning technology, the technology of understanding the communicative content of the text, game technologies, cooperative learning technologies, project technologies, etc. The modern method of teaching English is built taking into account the classical method of learning foreign languages. Modern methods of teaching English have changed reproductive methods to interactive ones. Today, the acquisition of knowledge is the interaction of a student and a teacher. Rapid changes in the world and globalization require the teacher to systematically improve himself, update his own knowledge, and use innovative methods and tools in his activities
