Abstract
The article substantiates the need to use the medium (in order to substantiate the resource potential of modern information technologies in the development and testing of the modern information environment of professional training of future philologists at the university) and competency (in order to theoretically substantiate the expected result of experimental work in the form of the formed professional competence of future philologists to professional activity in the process of studying in higher education) scientific approaches to the problem of professional training of future philologists by means of modern information technologies.The process of forming the professional competence of future philologists is correlated with the organization of the educational environment of a higher education institution; it is noted that any educational environment is an informational environment in its essence. It is noted that modern information technologies allow to create a special information environment of the institution of higher education and the corresponding educational program due to the involvement of modern educational, organizational, technological, didactic, methodological information to all stages and components.It is proved that all the scientific approaches presented in the unit to the problem of professional training of future philologists by means of modern information technologies are organically supplemented with a competent as a result pedagogical scientific approach, concentrating the methodological resource of all approaches substantiated in the study. It is proved that the components of the philologist's professional competence contain the information and technological component: key - in the form of general information and communication competencies; sectoral - they include communicative, sociocultural, identification and other competencies; all these competencies have a pronounced information and communication content, since they are formed under the influence of modern information technologies, which are discredited by the institution of higher education; special - competencies, depending on the specific subject area, which is represented by the future specialist (linguo-country studies, literary, intercultural, linguodidactic). It is substantiated that modern information technologies optimize the formation of special competencies as a specially organized resource that diversifies the content of forms, methods, tools, techniques and techniques used in the educational process of a higher education institution.The conclusion is formulated that the integral (resulting) competence of the personality of the future philologist is in close relationship with modern information technologies, since it combines the key, sectoral and special competencies of the specialist
