Abstract
The article deals with the problem of organizing partnership interaction of participants in the educational process in early age groups of preschool education institutions. Based on the analysis of basic regulatory documents and a set of scientific studies, the main approaches and key concepts of the research topic are defined. Questions regarding the content, forms, and methods of organizing partnership interaction of participants in the educational process in early age groups in preschool education institutions are considered. The theoretical essence of the concept of «partner interaction of participants in the educational process in early age groups» has been determined. The main pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children are defined and characterized; revealed content, forms, and methods of organizing partnership interaction of participants in the educational process in early age groups in preschool education institutions; the main principles of the approach to the organization of partnership interaction of the participants of the educational process in the early age groups of special educational institutions are indicated. The criteria of influence on the development of the pedagogical culture of parents of pupils of preschool education institutions are presented. The issue of improving the system of education of young children acquires priority importance in the educational process. The main direction of work with young children (up to 3 years old) is to ensure their emotional comfort during their stay in the institution and to create favorable conditions for their mental and physical development. Special attention is paid to the development of sensory feelings. The organization of the educational process in the form of joint partnership activity requires a significant restructuring of the behavior style of both adults and pupils. With this in mind, it is of high importance that every preschool teacher understands how important radical changes in the style of interaction with children are. We have established that the partner position of an adult contributes to the child's development of activity, independence, the ability to make decisions, the desire to do something without fear of what will go wrong, causes a desire for achievements, and promotes emotional comfort. By organizing the forms of interaction activity, a preschool teacher carefully prepares.
