Abstract

International strategic alliances in today's world have acquired special importance in the conditions of rapid development of technologies and digital transformations. The development of the data market, in particular, plays a key role in the formation of such alliances and contributes to their success. Digital transformations significantly increase the amount of data that is generated and stored. International strategic alliances often aim to share data between participants for joint analysis and use. The purpose of the presented work is to determine the key aspects of the development of the innovative phenomenon of international strategic alliances in the conditions of transformational changes and the development of the data market. The main methods used in the research are: the method of analysis and synthesis to identify the features of modern international strategic alliances, the methods of induction and deduction to determine the key conditions of digital transformations, the features of the modern digital economy and vectors of the development of the modern data market, the method of comparison to determine the key characteristics of international strategic alliances in the conditions of modern transformations, an expert method for determining the key factors of the influence of digital transformations on the development of international strategic alliances, a graphic method for presenting the main results of the study. The main results of the research can be considered the following: international strategic alliances can join forces to protect this data from cyber-attacks and abuse; international alliances can contribute to the development and implementation of generally accepted standards in this area; the involvement of various data and experts from different countries can contribute to the emergence of new innovations and the development of new technologies in the field of data analysis; international strategic alliances can contribute to the development of international standards and agreements on data exchange; the formation of strategic alliances can be aimed at reducing such influence and ensuring the balance of power. Thus, international strategic alliances in the context of digital transformations and the development of the data market play an important role in ensuring joint security, innovation and development, as well as in managing risks and solving regulatory issues.
