Abstract

A long period of work as a principal of a general secondary education institution and teaching at in-service training courses for school leaders in Kyiv demonstrates a sufficient level of optimism in the views of one part of the management team about the innovations taking place in today's education, and the dominance of conservatism and self-doubt among the representatives of the other part of the principal corps.
