Abstract

The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine caused systemic crisis processes in the social environment for the country's population, which instantly affected the functioning of the labor market and were expressed in mass migration of the population, the disappearance of enterprises or their relocation to safer regions, reflections of employed workers about the possibilities of their involvement in new conditions of business activity of enterprises. This, in turn, led to changes in the legislative and legal framework for the implementation of social and labor relations during the wartime period, statistical accounting of processes in the field of employment, the appearance of new imbalances in the labor market in the professional section, the spread of the scale of shadow employment, the search for opportunities to reduce personnel or transfer to part-time working day, search for flexible forms of employment in conditions of territorial remoteness of employees.
