Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of the concept of competence, analysis of the essence and content of the existing approaches to the teacher’s professional competence, peculiarities of professional activity in the mixed age groups are analysed. Principles of the educational and upbringing process organization in the mixed age groups are defined in the context of the foreign experience
