Abstract
The article presents development of the system of masters training according to the process of information market development and combination of information library systems and knowledge in the field of communications. A certain set of professional competencies, mobility in reaction to the needs of library practice and active participation of employers in the process of the development of a new professional staff formation is put on the basis of specialists training.
