Abstract

The article highlights the results of a scientific study of leadership in the process of partnership interaction of educators. Nowadays, teaching staff must not only have a high level of professionalism, but also form a leadership style of organizing their own activities and readiness for independent value decisions. Building a successful partnership space is one of the main activities of all participants in the educational process. Pedagogy of partnership and successful activities of teachers are unthinkable without activation of leadership. The content of partnership interaction and the readiness of pedagogical workers for partnership interaction in educational institutions are characterized. It is substantiated that partnership interaction under the leadership of a leader is characterized by the direct influence of subjects on each other, which generates cooperation based on mutual benefit and equality, with the aim of achieving a common goal. The experience of formation of readiness for partnership interaction of pedagogical workers under the leadership of the leader is disclosed. A comparison of the results of the ascertainment stage of the study proved the effectiveness of leadership to the partnership interaction of educators. The formation of these most important features is not possible without close partnership cooperation of all participants in the educational process and the public. Not only the effectiveness of the work of the educational organization depends on the leader’s leadership position, but also his job satisfaction and the coherence of partnership interaction in the performance of tasks. The system of development of leadership qualities of pedagogical workers in educational institutions should ensure the formation of a leadership worldview in them and the acquisition of experience in partnership interaction. It was concluded that one of the innovative management styles of an educational organization should be a leadership style capable of stimulating the innovative behavior of teachers, ensuring the use of innovations at all levels of the organization.
