Abstract
The signi cance of work activity is determined by the fact that it has a powerful sensory potential, acting as one of the sources of the meaning of human existence, the realm of realization of its physical, intellectual, emotional resources. Professional activity involves from the subject of its implementation of signi cant energy-consuming e orts, is often carried out in special conditions and has a pronounced stressful e ect on it, and also requires signi cant internal and external competencies. Therefore, it is obvious that professional activity, being deeply involved and woven into the overall course of the life of the individual, determines the peculiarities of the course of its mental processes and states, and also participates in the formation of stable behavioral predispositions and dispositional personality traits. The relevance of the study of the peculiarities of the in uence of the form of professional activity on the psycho- emotional state and the characteristics of the social behavior of the subject of labor is related to the fact that it is the form of professional activity that is one of the powerful socio-psychological factors, which determines the individual’s lifestyle, cognitive assessment of his own life situation, his family situation, etc. In addition, the form of professional activity determines the strategy of its implementation, the intensity of employment, con dence in the future, the level of material support of the employee. The transition to the market rails of the economy, global social changes and the rapid development of information and communication technologies, the beginning of which occurred at the end of the twentieth century. and continues to this day, led to the emergence of new professions, and also led to the rapid enrichment of forms of professional activity. In particular, at present, specialists have the opportunity to work in such formats for the implementation of professional activities that were simply impossible before. The conditions of a full-scale invasion a ected the mental state, which is re ected in the professional activity of the individual. Therefore, the purpose of our work is an empirical study of the psychological characteristics of the in uence of the form of professional activity.
