Abstract

The article describes the procedure for researching the motor dysfunction manifestations in children of early and older preschool age with speech difficulties, which, in our opinion, allows us to reveal the relevance of integrated knowledge of diagnostics and prove the practical significance of using neurostimulation technologies in speech therapy practice. The methodological interpretation of the definition of "motor dysfunctions" is considered, and the classification of motor dysfunctions is highlighted. An attempt was made to describe the relationship and mutual influence of the motor, cognitive, and speech spheres in the child's development and methodical postulates that substantiate the key approaches to the diagnostic study of the manifestations of motor dysfunctions in children of early and older preschool age with speech difficulties. The proposed system for detecting the peculiarities of the functioning of the motor (motor) sphere and the state of formation of manual praxis is based on neuroontogenetic, neurophysiological, and neuropsychological approaches, which help to reveal a holistic picture of the manifestations of motor dysfunctions in children with speech difficulties. The article highlights the purpose, tasks, methods, principles, and program of studying the peculiarities of the functioning of the motor (movement) sphere in children of early and older preschool age with speech difficulties. The content of the diagnostic task described in the program and the scale for its assessment are worthy of attention. The evaluation procedure is presented according to two scales: according to the methodology of Sally Goddard Blythe and according to the methodology of the team of authors of the Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology named after M. Yarmachenko National Academy of Sciences. The results of the examination are presented in the author's cards for assessing the state of functioning of motor abilities and skills and the state of formation of manual praxis in children of early and older preschool age. The property of the research is a description of the results of a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the state of functioning of motor (motor) abilities and skills and manual praxis of children of early and older preschool age.
