Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of identification and self-identification of a creative personality in the system of interdisciplinary research. The methods used are: systemic, synergistic, axiological, person-oriented, activity-based, competence-based, dialogical, cultural and art-based. The role and functions of communicative culture in identifying the professional activity of future specialists in musical and performing arts in the system of humanitarian interdisciplinary studies are considered. The most urgent problems of art education in Ukraine at the beginning of the 21st century are highlighted, where musical and stage activity is a form and means of communication, therefore it requires the organization of specific communicative forms and conditions. Prospective research directions of professional identification and self-identification of the future specialist in musical and performing arts in the process of educational and pedagogical and concert and performing activities have been established. The issue of the essential difference between «egalitarian» and «egalitarian» is considered «elite» and «elite» education, which is manifested in their functional purpose, as well as the role of higher art education of Ukraine in the formation of a creative personality, its implementation in the latest conditions of market relations.
