About the conditions for obtaining preschool education, which are created by local self-government bodies through the formation and development of a network of educational institutions; ordering the training of teaching staff; implementation of educational programs of non-formal education for parents; holding other events. Procedure, conditions, forms and peculiarities of obtaining preschool education are determined by a special law (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Education").
