Abstract
Today, the importance of education based on the principles of integration in various fields, such as art, medicine, pedagogy and psychology, is growing. This has led to the creation of new fields of knowledge, such as art pedagogy, rehabilitation pedagogy, art therapy, and others. The paradigm of creating an effective developmental space based on interdisciplinary links between pedagogy and psychology makes it possible to radically change approaches to the introduction of new educational trends in special and inclusive educational institutions. In the context of today's educational trends, it is of practical importance to use art therapy techniques that are scientifically substantiated and socially justified during speech therapy and psychological assistance for preschool children with speech disorders. The purpose of this article is to outline the results of a study of the peculiarities of using art therapy techniques by specialists (speech therapists and psychologists) during speech therapy and psychological assistance for preschool children with speech difficulties. The following research methods were used in this study: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the research problem, study of the peculiarities of using art therapeutic techniques during speech therapy and psychological assistance for preschool children with severe speech disorders through questionnaires of speech therapists and psychologists, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the experimental data. The peculiarities of the use of art therapeutic techniques by specialists in their practical activity according to the selected indicators are determined: general information about specialists, methods and types of work, material and resource base, use of art therapeutic techniques and their features, speech difficulties and the impact of art therapeutic techniques on it, effectiveness of classes and challenges in their arrangement. The results of the experiment show a difference in approaches between speech therapists and psychologists to the use of art therapy techniques during speech therapy and psychological assistance for preschool children with speech difficulties, which may indicate the specifics of professional training, focus of activity, access to resources or personal attitude to the use of these techniques. One of the possible future research prospects may involve the development of methodological recommendations for professionals regarding the organization of speech therapy and psychological assistance for preschool children with speech difficulties using art therapy techniques.
