Abstract

The The Russian-Ukrainian war has revealed a number of security problems in the world. Most countries in the world will feel the direct and indirect consequences of this war. These are economic, political, social and environmental consequences. The main conclusion of the war is that no country in the world can move in complete security. There are no measures and means that would fully ensure the security of any country. Peace agreements can be broken at any time. Most security arrangements (such as the Budapest Memorandum) do not provide for specific measures and the use of resources or military force. problems in the world.
