Abstract

In the reception, the author emphasizes that the professional growth of a modern teacher, in particular a philologist, should be continuous, systematic and practice-oriented. This is extremely important in today's extremely complex conditions of the organization of educational process. We, professors and teachers, must do everything to train real specialists who will be able to rebuild and rebuild everything destroyed by the enemy and teach the next generation. Because Vasyl Sukhomlynsky also said: "... not everyone will become a scientist, writer, artist, not everyone is destined to invent gunpowder or a bicycle, but everyone must become a master of their craft", and for this you need to constantly improve yourself.
