Abstract

The paper examines the role of local communities in the implementation of innovative economic projects. It was determined that, due to the modern conditions, TG of Ukraine have become important actors in the implementation of innovative economic projects at the local level, which are able to stimulate entrepreneurial activity, promote the creation of new jobs and raise the standard of living of the population. It has been established that the involvement of local residents in the planning process, the formation of partnerships between state bodies, businesses and public organizations, as well as the effective management of financial resources contribute to the successful implementation of these initiatives, which not only increase the quality and availability of social services, but also strengthen the economic base of communities. creating new opportunities for their development and adaptation to modern challenges. It was found that in order to ensure the real influence of residents on management processes at the local level, it is necessary to integrate several key components, namely: the principle of active public participation, the principle of partnership and the principle of subsidiarity. Projects implemented in Ukrainian communities, which demonstrate a wide range of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of water resources, increasing energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, reconstruction of existing systems and construction of new facilities, are critically important for ensuring the sustainable development of regions. It has been established that innovative economic projects that introduce energy‐ efficient technologies testify to the active use of innovations in the field of environmentally friendly technologies that contribute to reducing the consumption of energy resources and emissions of pollutants. It has been established that the Comprehensive Recovery Program is a critically important tool for TG, as it has the potential to restore infrastructure, social services and the economy of the community, ensuring sustainable development and improving the quality of life of residents. It has been established that the use of tools of public participation, in particular through digital technologies and electronic democracy, contributes to the development of the information society and forms a sense of public responsibility
