Abstract
Somatic movement classes aim to develop interoceptive awareness, which in turn reduces physical and mental tension and effectively counteracts the effects of stress on the human body [1, 2]. In the context of our scientific activity, We continue to study the impact of interoceptive awareness on the quality of life, proactive coping, and academic resilience of female students [3, 4, 5]. The answer to this and other questions will be obtained as a result of a series of interventions planned for 2024/25 in samples of higher education applicants of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. The abstracts present individual indicators obtained during the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment
