Abstract
The article defines the essence of the concepts: «creativity», «art», «creativity of future vocal teachers». The paper analyses scientific works in the field of psychology, pedagogy, and vocal pedagogy to highlight existing scientific developments on the chosen topic. The scientific views and approaches to defining the essence and semantic content of such a definition as creativity in the works of such prominent foreign psychologists as J. Guilford, A. Maslow, A. Taylor, E. Torrance, F. Barron, R. Sternberg, E. Fromm are highlighted. The article highlights the developments on the selected issues of such domestic researchers as: L. Derevianoi, V. Rohozina, L. Koroliova, V. Pavlenko, R. Pavliuk, A. Palii, N. Tverdokhlib, L. Tkachenko and others. The author's vision of the essence of the future vocal teacher's creativity as a set of creative abilities of the teacher, the ability to generate new, original ideas of interpretation of a musical work and its transmission through singing, the ability to deviate from traditional thinking patterns, quickly solve problematic creative tasks, maximum focus on the creative principle in educational activities in vocal lessons, and the assimilation of one's own musical experience of creative activity is presented. The component structure of future vocal teachers' creativity is proposed: motivational and cognitive, technological and regulatory, creative and activity components. The motivational and cognitive component is aimed at including interest in the profession of a vocal teacher, cognitive activity of the future specialist's personality, his/her desire to acquire artistic, vocal and pedagogical knowledge; ability to think creatively. The technological and regulatory component of the work is characterised by awareness of vocal pedagogy and music psychology, methods of teaching vocal, singing techniques and methods, as well as the formation of vocal and performance skills, which is determined by the presence of special musical abilities. The creative-activity component is aimed at forming the skills of artistic and performing analysis of musical works from the pedagogical repertoire for working with students; the ability to self-realisation in vocal and pedagogical activities and ensuring the creative development of students, as well as the availability of vocal and performing improvisational skills.
