Abstract
Different interpretations of individual human rights and freedoms through the prism of the value hierarchy and different degrees of their implementation in regions of the world have led to the formation of such systems of human rights protection as European, Inter-American, African, Asian, and Arab. These regional systems for the protection of human rights, established after World War II, are suffering significant damage, even destruction, in the current conditions of permanent hybrid challenges and threats. In view of this, the above-mentioned systems require a new rethinking and appropriate improvement.
