Abstract

The article examines the impact of emotional intelligence on harmonizing career and personal life. The study aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence in balancing professional achievements with social adaptation in private life. General scientific methods of cognition, such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, and systematization, were applied in the research process. The results demonstrate that emotional intelligence significantly influences an individual’s ability to align career aspirations with the demands of personal life. It has been proven that selfregulation, empathy, and social interaction skills developed through high emotional intelligence levels are critically important for adapting to changing work conditions and effectively resolving interpersonal conflicts. In stressful situations, individuals with developed emotional intelligence exhibit effective stress management and maintain a professional approach, contributing to increased productivity and job satisfaction. On a personal level, emotional intelligence facilitates the formation of strong interpersonal relationships, which serve as the foundation for a healthy family life and social well-being. The ability to recognize and understand others’ emotions ensures deeper empathy and support, fostering trust and harmonious communication. These qualities create a positive emotional climate within the family, reduce conflict levels, and strengthen social connections. The practical significance of the study lies in identifying emotional intelligence as a key resource for achieving professional success and improving the quality of life in the personal domain.
