Abstract

It is shown that self-actualization is the process of finding a place in life, a sense of awareness of the fullness of one's existence, and the realization of potential opportunities. It is the ability to take responsibility, listen to oneself, and develop harmoniously in all aspects of life. Self-actualization is one of the most important characteristics of a person, for the realization of which it is necessary to go through the path of personal formation and disclosure.
