Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of innovative strategies for labor market transformation in the context of economic security, considering contemporary challenges and global trends. Key factors influencing employment have been identified, including digitalization, automation of production processes, and the expansion of flexible employment forms and remote work. The impact of emerging technologies on labor market structure, unemployment levels, and socio-economic stability has been examined. It has been established that the rapid implementation of digital solutions contributes to the emergence of new professions while simultaneously necessitating workforce retraining and the adaptation of the education system to modern requirements. Special attention is given to labor market regulation in the context of technological changes. The role of government policy in ensuring economic security is substantiated through the promotion of digital skills development, the creation of effective social protection mechanisms, the modernization of educational programs, and support for small and medium-sized businesses. The article analyzes international experience in implementing innovative labor market transformation strategies, including retraining programs, tax incentives for enterprises adopting “green" technologies, and the creation of new jobs in high-tech industries. The influence of globalization and integration processes on the changing employment structure and qualification requirements of the workforce is also examined. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of the digital economy and its impact on the formation of new business models, which enhance the competitiveness of the national labor market. The role of educational reforms and investment in human capital development as key factors in improving economic resilience is highlighted. Comprehensive approaches to employment policy development are proposed, taking into account modern market needs and promoting conditions for inclusive economic growth. The necessity of establishing new social guarantees for workers in the digital economy is justified, along with the importance of integrating environmental aspects into labor market development. The study concludes that the effective combination of government regulation, corporate responsibility, and innovative approaches to employment management is a key factor in ensuring economic security and sustainable development.
