Abstract

Digital technologies are significantly changing the educational environment and creating new opportunities for the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers. Modern educators need a systematic approach to improving digital competencies for effective activity in the conditions of rapid digitalization of higher education. Media and information literacy is becoming a priority area for improving the qualifications of teachers and their professional development.
