Abstract

The article explores the influence of digital transformation on the economic mechanism of enterprises, emphasizing communication strategies as a key component of modern financial architecture. The study highlights the role of advanced digital technologies-artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, CRM and ERP systems-in optimizing financial management and enhancing transparency. A concept of a digital economic communication mechanism is proposed and substantiated as a foundation for sustainable business development in the digital economy. The research stresses the synergy between digital innovation and GreenTech strategies and discusses the integration of environmentally responsible approaches into financial management models. The development of digital organizational culture and change management is emphasized as essential for successful transformation. Practical recommendations are aimed at enhancing enterprise resilience in the context of global digitalization. The relevance of the topic is confirmed by its alignment with Ukraine’s national innovation development strategies and European integration priorities. The article concludes with the importance of developing unified digital transformation models that integrate financial effectiveness, communication adaptability, and environmental accountability to ensure long-term business competitiveness in the global economy. The research also emphasizes the increasing role of data analytics in financial decision-making and scenario-based planning. Moreover, the need for interdisciplinary collaboration is underlined as a critical factor for designing future-ready digital economic ecosystems. The integration of digital communication tools fosters stakeholder engagement and improves financial transparency. These insights offer practical value for both policy makers and enterprise managers operating under conditions of digital disruption. The study also identifies critical barriers to successful digital transformation, including legacy systems, lack of digital competencies, and resistance to change within organizations. Furthermore, it examines the impact of national and EU-level regulatory frameworks on shaping digital financial ecosystems. These findings contribute to a broader understanding of how enterprises can strategically align their digital and financial architectures for long-term sustainability.
