Abstract

The article explores the ethical and legal aspects of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the direction of musical performances. The author highlights the transformation of the creative process under the influence of generative algorithms, addressing issues related to copyright, transparency in AI usage, and data privacy. The paper examines current European and Ukrainian legislative approaches to AI regulation in the cultural sphere. The author emphasizes the need to develop clear legal frameworks and ethical standards to ensure the harmonious integration of AI into the artistic domain.
