Abstract

Global economic transformations, instability, inflationary pressures, energy crises, and military aggression pose multidirectional threats to the sustainability of public finances. The need to effectively manage public resources, ensure budgetary balance and debt sustainability in the medium and long term is becoming increasingly important. In this context, ensuring debt security as a component of financial security is one of the key areas of public policy.
