Abstract

The article reveals the potential of the ecosystem approach to higher pedagogical education as a tool for creating a safe educational environment, which is key to the implementation of modern educational design. The concept of “safe educational environment” is characterized through the prism of physical, psychological, emotional and digital security, which makes it possible to create flexible educational routes adapted to the needs of an adult learner. The ways to ensure inclusiveness, a culture of mutual respect and an individual approach that resonate with the principles of coaching in adult education, focused on the development of personal potential and self-reflection, are explored. The practices of educational support, mentoring, monitoring and adaptation of educational tools as components of the design of a supportive environment are analyzed. An attempt is made to integrate the ecosystem model into the logic of the andragogical approach, which takes into account the experience, motivation and autonomy of an adult learner. The necessity of interdisciplinary vision in the development of educational programs for the formation of safe learning conditions and personal growth throughout life is actualized
