Abstract
The problem of an insufficient level of scrutiny in the modern scientific literature of regularities of pedagogical management of students’ independent work is investigated. Regularities of joint course of processes of management of independent work from the professor, students’ independent educational activity and formation of the person of the future lawyer are considered. It is proved, that features of course of each of them affect others. Research of regularities has specified in following facts. The professor should provide integrity of process of mastering of a teaching material, to define enough and quality of educational tasks, be guided by perfection of educational abilities, formation of a professional knowledge and abilities of the lawyer. Acquisition by the future lawyer of standard knowledge and abilities, personal characteristics of the expert depends on activity of the teacher on projecting of independent work of the student. The teacher should stimulate processes of self-management and self-realisation of the student during independent educational activity.
