Abstract

The importance of management accounting at the enterprise is growing more and more every year. It is this type of accounting that is an indicator when choosing and making investment decisions. Management accounting serves as a source of necessary information for internal users, and especially for enterprise managers, in order to conduct active and high-quality economic activities. Successful organization of management accounting at the enterprise provides an opportunity to see the real situation of the business, and in addition, allows you to identify and choose ways of developing activities that are formed on the basis of current information. For the successful functioning of the enterprise, it is important to pay maximum attention to its development strategy.
