Abstract

The migration of Ukrainians is not the result of isolated factors, but of a complex interaction of economic, social, political, and technological forces associated with globalization. The migration of Ukrainians is not the result of isolated factors, but of a complex interaction of economic, social, political, and technological forces associated with globalization. Ukraine is losing human capital, and recipient countries are facing integration challenges. The Ukrainian diaspora, which at the beginning of the war became a lifeline for refugees, is gradually transforming into a sustainable factor of development: its financial and social support can become a significant resource for Ukraine's post-war recovery. In the context of globalization, overcoming the challenges associated with migration requires coordinated international efforts – from return and reintegration programs to support for those who remain abroad.
